He said, \u201cthe public relations of universities have been completely transformed, this transformation has just begun.\u201d He also mentioned that \u201cone of the duties of the public relations is to announce and highlight Iran\u2019s scientific and technological achievements.\u201d In following, the minister pointed to the impact of the COVID-19 Crisis on the expansion of communication technology in the world. Besides, he referred to the public relations duties in Iran in the middle of the coronavirus crisis, particularly as the university education process has been replaced by its e-learning version.
