About Us<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

S<\/span>chool of Architecture and Urban Design\u00a0was established in 2008<\/strong>; although since 1980<\/strong>, the school\u00a0was\u00a0one of the main departments working in the School of Civil Engineering. The main activity of the Department of Architecture since the establishment was limited to a centralized architecture education for Associate’s degree then by accepting architectural engineering increase diversity of their acceptance. In 2008 by obtaining the necessary license from the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, for accepting graduate course continue its activities in three groups of architects, urban design and visual communication.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now the three groups mentioned above in addition to admitting undergraduate courses (continuous and discontinuous), this school is active for admitting in four post graduate course (Architectural engineering, landscape architecture, urban design, and graphics) and a PhD in Architecture.<\/span><\/p>\n
