He stated that Globalization and the COVID-19 Pandemic have led to universities\u2019 dislocation while decreased place dependency. Dr. Salimi also highlighted major achievements and research projects of Allameh Tabataba\u2019i University in the 11th Meeting of International Directors and Deputies of Universities, Higher Education Centers, and MSRT. He indicated several international scientific cooperation with foreign universities, including a joint project with the World Health Organization and UNESCO in health communication, ECO research projects, and the EU Jean Monnet Programme. President of Allameh Tabataba\u2019i University also elucidated his university\u2019s teaching Farsi Language, Literature, and Iranology program and cooperation with France, Russia, Germany, and Spain.
