SRTTU is playing a key role in formal skill training programs in Iran. The main mission of SRTTU is to train the technical teachers for TVE schools in Iran. This mission is done in two methods:<\/p>\n<p>\u0097\u00a0 Technical Teacher Training in <strong><u>four-year program<\/u><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>The curriculum of technical teacher training competency- based includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CK \u2013 content knowledge<\/li>\n<li>PK \u2013 pedagogic Knowledge<\/li>\n<li>PK \u2013 professional Knowledge<\/li>\n<li>EK \u2013 Entrepreneurship Knowledge<\/li>\n<li>BK \u2013 Basic Knowledge<\/li>\n<li>GK \u2013 General Knowledge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The new approach to curriculum development is interdisciplinary approach that we are going to integrate for example PK and CK \u00e0 PCK<\/p>\n<p>\u0097\u00a0 Technical Teacher Training in <strong><u>one-year program<\/u><\/strong>:<br \/>\nThe curriculum of technical teacher training competency- based includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PK \u2013 pedagogic Knowledge<\/li>\n<li>PK \u2013 professional Knowledge<\/li>\n<li>EK \u2013 Entrepreneurship Knowledge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>SRTTU runs the mega project to train 3125 trainers in one-year program from October 2018 till September 2019.
