evaluation, and monitoring of:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Nationwide infectious diseases.<\/li>\n<li>National health development modeling.<\/li>\n<li>Livestock health information system development.<\/li>\n<li>Modeling of severe and incurable diseases.<\/li>\n<li>Modeling environmental effects on road accidents.<\/li>\n<li>Spatial factors in physical disabilities incidence.<\/li>\n<li>Modeling dynamic urban parameters such as traffic, noise pollution, air pollution, and hazards in pathways during rainy days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>B) Climate-related topics at local, regional, and global scales:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Rainfall pattern changes.<\/li>\n<li>Sea level rise.<\/li>\n<li>Species extinction.<\/li>\n<li>Air temperature systems to conduct spatial analyses for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Environmental hazard assessment.<\/li>\n<li>Risk evaluation in urban and rural contexts.<\/li>\n<li>Environmental crisis analysis including floods, drought, and dust storms.<\/li>\n<li>Project management in domains such as urban, environmental, marine, terrestrial, forest, desert, and infrastructure (roads).<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating human activity impacts (industrial, mining, urbanization, agriculture, communication, and transport systems) on natural environments, emerging conditions, and environmental systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>D) Urban management and spatial planning with big and complex data:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Systemic approaches to urban structures.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic management via multi-faceted assessments amid dynamic and complex management parameters.<\/li>\n<li>Real-time analysis of phenomena with enduring impacts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Within macro-urban planning and systematic municipal governance, big data must be integrated, classified, and analyzed for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Environmental low-income housing, housing market regulation, mass housing production for middle and low-income urban and rural communities\u2014empowering disadvantaged settlements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fundamental Megacity Challenges in the Contemporary World:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Unrelenting Urban Growth &amp; Inequality:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requires macro-urban responses grounded in polycentrism and human-centric urban space design.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Public Legitimacy:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Analyzing the legitimacy of metropolitan institutions and their coordination with national governance and citizens.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Digital Disruption:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Understanding the effects of digitalization and digital transformation on the economy and the management of public
